Competence design framework based on practitioner wisdom (´Phronesis´)

Phronesis is an approach in which the practitioner uses their knowledge and experience to make an ethical judgment about an appropriate course of action in practice. The diagram below shows the importance of personal and collective reflection by a community of inquiry towards practical action.
